“‘The Promise of Water’ is as graceful as it is powerful —
a bracing and heart-breaking plunge into the mystery of identity, the boundlessness of love.”
Richard Adams Carey, author of IN THE EVIL DAY, THE PHILOSOPHER FISH, and AGAINST THE TIDE

A happy marriage: Who says we can be only one kind of writer?

I am a copywriter of marketing and strategic communication. I am also a creative writer. The two identities co-exist quite nicely. I enjoy crafting brochures and websites, novels and short stories – even thank you notes, for that matter. It’s all about how you look at the craft. It doesn’t matter what you write or whether it is commercial or literary. It’s about the common thread, the point where your writing identities meet. For me, it’s storytelling. That’s what matters. That’s the constant goal in all of my writing, from professional communications consulting to fiction writing. No matter the topic, one way or another, that’s what this blog is about.
